Every Fuel Stop
Costs You Time.
Commercial landscaping crews stop everything to refuel. Equipment comes off the trailer. Time runs out. Money disappears.
FastFuel Pro™
Changes Everything.
One connection. Fuel flows to equipment inside the trailer. Zero unloading. Zero wasted time. Full compliance.
How It Works
Nine sequential safety steps. Zero unloading. Full NEC Class I Division 1 compliance at every stage.
Ground First
Connect independent bonding cable from trailer chassis to pump station ground point. System verifies ≤10Ω per NFPA 77. Flow remains blocked until confirmed.
Insert Nozzle
Standard retail pump nozzle inserts directly into the FastFuel Pro™ universal camlock adapter. Compatible with all configurations including Stage II vapor recovery boots. No modification to pump equipment.
RFID Authenticate
Sequential interlock prevents authentication until ground continuity is confirmed. Operator scans RFID credential. Identity, equipment ID, and fuel type are recorded automatically.
Fuel Flows
Coaxial hose delivers fuel through inner conduit while vapor return flows through outer channel — preserving EPA Stage II vapor recovery. 9 safety systems monitor the transfer in real time. Auto-shutoff at 95% capacity.
Built Different.
Every feature engineered for real-world commercial fleet operations — not a laboratory.
Universal Camlock Adapter
Receives any standard retail pump nozzle without modification. Compatible with all configurations including Stage II vapor recovery boots. Sealing interface with Viton FKM O-ring.
Claim 2 · NEC 501.15 Intrinsically SafeFuel Type Detection
Conductivity-based sensor embedded in the camlock adapter automatically identifies Gasoline, Diesel, and E85. Records fuel type per session. Eliminates wrong-fuel errors.
Claim 13 · Auto-records per sessionCross-Contamination Detection
Compares detected source fuel type with receiving tank designation. Automatically blocks flow if mismatch detected — before any contamination occurs. Saves $8,000–$15,000 in engine repairs per incident.
Proposed Claim 15 · Coming V2.0Stage II Bypass Valve
Preserves OEM vapor recovery function of the retail pump while simultaneously activating FastFuel Pro™ vapor return channel. Full EPA 40 CFR Part 63 compliance. Intrinsically safe design per NEC 501.15.
Claim 3 · EPA 40 CFR Part 63Coaxial Hose Assembly
5-layer construction. 20 ft retractable. 75 PSI working / 112.5 PSI hydrostatic test. OD 1.50 in. Min bend radius 10 in. Viton FKM seals. Rated -40°F to 140°F. SAE J30 R9 inner liner.
Claim 7 · UL 330 · SAE J30 R9Active Ground Monitor
Verifies electrostatic bonding continuity every 500ms throughout the entire transfer. Fail-safe de-energized — loss of power defaults to flow INTERRUPTED. Field-accessible test point banana jack for ≤10Ω verification.
Claim 5 · NFPA 77 Sec 7.3Operator Control Point
NEMA 4X IP66 enclosure. UL Class I Division 2 certified. 24 inches minimum from hazardous zone. Sequential interlock display with green LED ground confirmation. Digital flow display.
Claim 4 · NEMA 4X · UL Class I Div 2Fleet Analytics Platform
Real-time tracking of GAL/MIN, Equipment ID, Operator ID, fuel type, and timestamp per session. SaaS platform with fleet management dashboard. Records stored outside NEC hazardous zone.
Claims 11–12 · SaaS $59/moPre-Connection Remote Verification
Operator verifies all 9 safety systems via smartphone before connecting. Go/No-Go display. Creates documented audit trail for OSHA compliance. System will not unlock if any safety check fails.
Proposed Claim 18 · Coming V2.09 Safety Systems.
Zero Compromises.
Every component designed fail-safe. Loss of power defaults to closed position. All electronics outside NEC Class I Division 1 hazardous zone.

Bonding Cable Path
Independent chassis-to-station ground. Field test point banana jack ≤10Ω. NFPA 77 & NFPA 30 compliant. Connect pump station first.
TEST POINT ACCESSIBLEActive Ground Monitor
500ms continuity check throughout transfer. UL 330 compliant.
DE-ENERGIZED = FLOW OFFDeadman Trigger
UL 330 Section 40. Spring return. Rated -40°F to 160°F. No flow when released.
SPRING RETURNPressure Relief Valve
Opens at 15 PSI. Working: 75 PSI. Hydrostatic test: 112.5 PSI. UL 330 compliant.
112.5 PSI HYDRO TESTAuto Shutoff Sensor
Cuts flow at 95% tank capacity. UL 330 Section 5.7. Loss of power defaults to closed.
